Regulations

In keeping with the spirit which has inspired the creation of this simple yet sophisticated setting, the Little Garden offers its guests an impeccable standard at a reasonable price.

We have designed a few simple rules that allow us to optimise costs, enabling us to keep the rates as low as possible for the benefit of the customer.

This is possible due to strict compliance with the booking conditions below:

1. An advance of 25% of the total amount is paid at the time of the booking, by credit card or bank transfer.

2. The remaining balance is settled on arrival by credit card or cash (cheques are not accepted)

3. Check-in is between 14.00 and 17.00 every day. Arrival after 17.00 is to be agreed on booking, and late arrival will result in a charge of 50€. The client is required to let us know of their arrival time within 11 days of arrival.

4. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure; if this is not respected, the clients will be charged the cost for one night.

5. It is absolutely prohibited to smoke in the rooms. If at check-out any sign of smoke (or its odor) is detected, the penalty will be applied according to the law (see poster displayed in rooms).
